Controlled technical document sheets for product evaluation

Dyestuffs

Product and sample questions

Which dye classes does Mehran handle?

The website accepts enquiries for reactive, Sulphur Black, disperse, cationic/basic and direct dyes. Exact active grades and availability are confirmed with each quotation.

What should I send for a dyestuff quotation?

Send the exact grade or target shade, fibre/substrate, process, trial or monthly quantity, delivery location, required timing and any documents needed for approval.

Can I request a sample before commercial supply?

Where sample stock is available, yes. State the exact grade, substrate, intended trial, required sample quantity and date.

Can Mehran compare an existing product or recipe?

Provide the exact current grade, recipe or dosage if available, target shade, substrate, process and the commercial objective of the comparison.

Colour Matching LAB

Shade and trial questions

What should I send for colour matching?

Send the approved physical standard where possible, fibre composition, construction, process, current recipe or benchmark, performance requirement and expected commercial volume.

Can a screen colour or digital image replace a physical standard?

It can help start the discussion, but screen colour is not a controlled substitute for an approved physical textile standard.

Does a LAB discussion guarantee production approval?

No. Final approval remains with the customer under its own substrate, process, tests and production conditions.

Technical documents

TDS, SDS, COA and compliance

How do I request a TDS or SDS?

Name the exact commercial grade and manufacturer or brand. Document availability and revision can differ by product.

Can one compliance claim be applied to every dye in a range?

No. Compliance evidence should be checked for the exact product and current document version.

Is a shade card enough for production approval?

A shade card can help initial product selection, but final approval should be made on the customer’s own substrate and process.

Textile machinery

Used machinery and inspection

What information should I send for a machinery requirement?

Send the process, preferred make/model, year range, working width or capacity, configuration, condition, quantity, budget, destination and inspection requirement.

Can Mehran source a machine that is not currently listed?

Yes. The current site is requirement-led. State which specifications are fixed and which alternatives are acceptable.

What evidence should be reviewed before inspection?

Request current photographs, technical details, included equipment, location, operational status and video where available.

Polyester yarn and industrial materials

Specification-led enquiries

What is needed for a polyester yarn quotation?

Provide yarn type, denier or count, filament, lustre, intermingling or twist, colour, packing, quantity and delivery location.

What should I send for industrial oils or LDPE?

Send the exact grade or required properties, application, approved equivalent if applicable, quantity, origin preference and delivery city.

Commercial process

Quotation and follow-up

Where are website enquiries sent?

Website forms are delivered to Mehran’s configured commercial mailbox. Public contact details are managed through the theme’s Business Details settings.

How quickly will Mehran respond?

Response timing depends on the complexity of the requirement, current availability and whether technical or principal confirmation is needed. Do not assume an immediate stock position until it is confirmed.

How is my submitted information used?

It is used to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, provide related commercial follow-up and maintain necessary business and security records. See the Privacy Policy for details.
