What should I send for a colour-matching request?
Send the approved standard where possible, fibre composition, construction, current process, existing recipe or grade, required performance and commercial volume.
Can a digital colour reference replace a fabric standard?
A digital reference can help begin the discussion, but screen colour is not a controlled substitute for a physical textile standard.
How is a product or recipe recommendation confirmed?
Any product or recipe discussion is reviewed against the actual substrate, process, trial result and current manufacturer data before production use.
